Philip M. Beshara | Introduction

Philip M. Beshara is a high-performing chief executive with forty years of commercial construction and development experience completing projects across the United States.

He has extensive experience leading all functions of construction projects of varying complexities including planning, design, processing, spec-approvals, staff management, subcontract administration, budgeting, and scheduling.

One project that Philip M. Beshara has worked on include the DoubleTree Hotel in downtown Youngstown, Ohio. The $30 million renovation took place at the former Stambaugh Building. The 12-floor hotel features 125 guest rooms, two restaurants, a coffee shop, a 24-hour lobby market, 24-hour fitness center, business center, and meeting spaces, including the top-floor Palladian Ballroom featuring views of the city from every side of the room.

Another project that Philip M. Beshara has worked on and completed recently is the Bistro 1907 Restaurant project. This restaurant is inside the DoubleTree Hotel he renovated in downtown Youngstown, Ohio. He served as the project manager through his company PMB construction, for fast track construction of the Bistro 1907 Restaurant which opened May 7, 2018. The restaurant features 22’-foot high ceilings, Chamfered columns articulate the height of this space while low hanging light fixtures illuminate the finer details of the Bistro’s modern and slightly Parisian motif,17’-foot wine wall and floor-to-ceiling cast bronze storefront windows opening onto an outdoor patio. At the back of the restaurant, a partial mezzanine located over the open-concept kitchen.

PMB Construction recently entered into the Southwest Florida market for providing construction management services. Philip M. Beshara and his team have also recently started to engage with investors in Florida for property development.
